About Us
Brevard Achievement Center (BAC) is a private, non-profit organization that
provides job training and work opportunities for people with a disability.
Our mission is to assist persons with disabilities in reaching an optimal level
of vocational and social independence. BAC has been a community resource for the
disabled for over 38 years.
Shred-A-Lot, a wholly owned division of Brevard Achievement Center, offers a new
and innovative way to employ People with a Disability and offer a much needed service.
The goal of Shred-A-Lot is to provide business and government with the highest
possible level of security while meeting their document destruction needs.
Brevard Achievement Center was established in 1968 and has been providing
services to Brevard county Adults with disabilities ever since. We pride
ourselves in the quality of service we provide to our customers
Our Facilities
Shred-A-Lot is Located at 300 North Drive, Suite 104, Melbourne Florida 32934.
We are a licensed, bonded and insured member of the
National Association for Information Destruction (NAID) setting the
standards for the confidential sensitive material destruction industry.
Our Staff
Our shredding operators and staff are employees of Brevard Achievement Center.
Our staff is comprised of persons with varying degrees of disabilities.
Our shredding operation affords gainful employment which facilitates
productive lives.
